I cannot underestimate the importance of fully processing whatever we’re going through in life.
A big part of processing involves introspection, talking and sharing. This enables our thoughts and feelings to move through us in a healthy way, so that we can take wisdom from the experience.
If we don’t reflect, talk and share, our nervous system tends to hold onto old, outdated feelings and beliefs that don’t serve us, creating unnecessary anxiety, blocking the benefit of wisdom.
To be witnessed and heard in a safe, non-judgemental space is priceless.
‘Come As You Are’ is a group that meets once a month via Zoom, guided by myself, Jo Barnard.
As the name suggests, you are welcome no matter what you’re going through. This group provides a safe, loving space, where everyone wants the best for each other.
Due to the success and effectiveness of last year's group and the demand for continuation, the group will run again in 2025.
This group will run for 11 months and including 10 sessions.
The cost of the course will be £123.
We will meet on the 2nd Thursday evening of each month, 7.15 – 8.30pm via Zoom.
We begin on Thursday 13th February 2025
